AI Property Search

Tell us what you are looking for in your own words – the area, the type of property, the number of bedrooms, your budget, features such as a pool or sea views, even which way it faces – and our new AI search will turn it into a search of the live listings.

Prefer to choose from menus? Use the standard property search.

How it works

Your sentence is interpreted by AI and turned into the same filters you would otherwise pick from the menus on our property search. The AI does not choose or rank properties: it only translates your words into filters, and the results come from our normal live listings, cheapest first. After your search we show you exactly what was understood, so you can adjust it.

What it understands

• Area – any area we have listings in, such as Selwo or Estepona itself.
• Property type – villa, apartment, townhouse and so on.
• Bedrooms – treated as a minimum, so “3 bedroom” finds 3 or more.
• Budget – in euros or pounds (pounds are converted to euros at the day’s exchange rate).
• Features – such as a pool, garden, garage, sea views or a lift.
• Orientation – north, south, east or west facing, where the listing states it.

Wishes that can’t be turned into a filter – “peaceful”, “near the town centre” – aren’t applied, and we’ll tell you when that happens.

This is a beta version and we are still improving it. Please don’t include personal details in your search: what you type is sent to OpenAI to be interpreted, as explained in our privacy policy.
