El Presidente

El Presidente is a well-established beachside urbanisation on Estepona's eastern side, sitting between the Benamara district to the west and the Atalaya/Isdabe districts to the east. Built in phases from the 1980s onward in traditional Andalucían style, it's one of the larger urbanisations in this part of Estepona, laid out spaciously across mature, sub-tropical gardens with water features modelled on Granada's Alhambra Palace.

It's a genuine beachside address — many of its apartments and villas are only a short walk from the sand — while still being close to Estepona town centre and Puerto Banús in either direction.
