Larger or better-positioned townhouses sit in this band — often in gated communities with shared pools, gardens and sometimes a paddle or tennis court, and frequently closer to the coast or to one of Estepona's golf developments than the more affordable tier below. This is comfortably one of the deepest townhouse bands by inventory, so there's real choice in layout and community here even before considering the villa market. Buyers at this level are often looking for the space and community feel of a villa without quite reaching villa pricing, and a well-located townhouse in this range can offer a genuinely strong rental proposition too.
